Sims 3 download content help with resource file ?

ok, so i want to put these new clothes i downloaded from Mod the Sims and i have put the files in C:/program files/electronic arts/sims3/mods/packages but i dont underdstand how to get the resource file!!! its really annoying me because i dont know how to get itt!

please help me, it will be much much appreciated :)
