Where can I find free downloads for the sims 3 that install directly to the sims?

I've been looking for website that allow you to download new stuff for my sims for free without having to use winzip rar 7z etc. I'm looking for a site that lets you download stuff directly to the game. An example to the would be The Sims Resource. I use that but they don't as much good stuff for free as they do for the paid content.Where can I find free downloads for the sims 3 that install directly to the sims?
